For those of you unfamiliar, Thinkgeek sells a device called the "mind molestor". the idea is simple. You hide the device in the home of someone you loathe. It then emits a beep once every 3 minutes until the battery dies or the victim burns their house down to stop the relentless beeping.

But this article is a DIY, involving circuits and soldering to make your own. That's more featureful. For half the cost.

Not actually an item I want to build, but the cheap PIC is at least nice. It's always so hard to find a lead on which to use. I might just find a decent project to incorporate it in.
